has over 18 years’ experience in executive recruitment.
After graduating in Geography from the University of Leeds, Leo trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then transferred his finance skills into financial recruitment, working for international recruiters Robert Walters plc where he managed and grew the Commercial Finance & Professional Services teams. He moved on to join a boutique recruiter Astralis, where he established the finance practice focussing on senior executive recruitment. In 2009 he founded William Scott Associates.
Leo specialises in recruiting senior finance and legal positions in sectors ranging from Financial Services and Business Services to Technology, and IT Outsourcing. He recruits both in the UK and internationally.

Rebecca Moore, Senior Consultant
After graduating with a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Leeds, Rebecca qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC Audit and Business Advisory Services. After qualification, Rebecca pursued a commercial finance career at Whitbread Plc and progressed to the role of Financial Controller at Costa Coffee Ltd. During this time she was responsible for managing and developing a large finance team, leading the business through a systems implementation and process change management.
Due to this background in both practice and industry Rebecca is perfectly placed to assist with your financial recruitment needs and brings a combination of technical and commercial experience to provide a tailored approached to each and every client.

Elizabeth Tabor, Project Manager
After graduating in Modern European Studies from Nottingham University, Elizabeth worked for the Institute for Philanthropy charity before starting a career in financial services at Citywire Financial Publishers, working in their events management team. Elizabeth was at Citywire for 9 years and during this time she developed excellent research and relationship building skills which she has transferred into the recruitment industry working with some of the world’s largest companies including PWC, Deloitte, KPMG,and EY.
Elizabeth specialised in placing accountancy professionals into top audit practice firms across the UK and Europe.
